Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared with care in our fulfillment center. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
This allows you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. If your order is placed during a holiday or busy season, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to minimize delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international customers, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid directly by you to your local customs office or delivery service. Dong Po Tea is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. This number can be used to check the real-time status of your order through the carrier’s website. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Dong Po Tea cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries around the world. However, some countries restrict the import of tea or related products. If we cannot ship to your location due to local import restrictions, your order will be canceled and refunded.
At this time, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies or unverified addresses.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While most packages arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally happen. Situations such as severe weather, customs inspections, or courier disruptions can affect transit times. We kindly ask that you allow extra time in these cases.
If your package does not arrive, please contact us at dongpotea@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund based on your preference.
